Covenant Living Communities and Presbyterian Homes of Tennessee, have closed on an affiliation with Shannondale of Knoxville and Shannondale of Maryville.

Covenant Living is among the nation’s top ten nonprofit senior living organizations in the country. Under the agreement, the two communities are now affiliate members and operated and managed by Covenant Living.

The affiliation brings together two organizations with similar missions and values of providing exceptional services for both residents and employees. Covenant Living’s reputation and sound financial practices will provide additional strength and access to resources for operational efficiencies, national contracts, management expertise, as well as future capital improvements.

Covenant Living is a non-profit, faith-based senior services provider. It now serves 6,000 residents at 20 retirement communities in 11 states and offers independent living, assisted living, skilled nursing, memory care, and rehabilitation.
